What happens during a consultation?

Through your floor plan, photos, and/or videos, we discuss your challenges and goals for the property. Prefer to meet in person? We're happy to arrange an on-site visit, walk through the space together, and take it from there. Either way, it's a relaxed, no-pressure conversation — we're here to listen first.

Can I stage only certain rooms and not the entire property?

We highly recommend staging the key spaces — living room, dining area, and master bedroom — as these have the greatest impact on buyers. Beyond that, we can stage any individual room or additional spaces like the family room based on your needs. We'll advise you on where to focus for the best return during your consultation.

How long does a staging take?

Most stagings are completed within one to two days, depending on the size of the property and scope of work. We'll give you a clear timeline upfront.

Do I need to be home during the staging?

Not at all. Many of our clients hand over the keys and come back to a transformed space.

We do ask that the property is empty and clean on the day, and that loading areas are kept clear so our team can work efficiently. We handle everything in between.

How long can I keep the staging?

Our staging packages are offered in monthly cycles, and we'll work out a duration that suits your selling timeline. We currently have two and three month packages at promotional rates — making it even easier to stage beautifully without stretching the budget.
