Refund policy
Welcome to HuggyHomey! We're excited to share our carefully designed-and-built collection of modern and timeless products with you. Our goal is to make your shopping experience enjoyable, seamless, and rewarding.
When you place an order or make a purchase with HuggyHomey, you're agreeing to our standard terms and conditions. Please take a moment to review these terms, along with our current Privacy Policy, which can be found on our website.
Refunds will be performed after we have collected the returned product(s). All refunds will take 14 business days to process and we will issue refunds in the form of a credit back to the original method of payment. However, HuggyHomey reserves the rights to change the mode of refund.
I. FURNITURE
- All furniture/customised furniture orders are non-refundable.
- 'Clearance', 'Pre-Loved' or specified as on 'Final Sale' will be non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- There will be strictly no returns for items which are in good condition but found to be unsuitable after delivery.
- Only in-stock furniture orders can be modified/exchanged once as long as it is within 7 working days from the purchase date.
II. DECOR
- A one-time return/exchange will be accepted before delivery and within 7 days of purchase for decor items.
III. CUSTOMISED FURNITURE
- All furniture/customised furniture orders are non-refundable.
- All customised furniture orders are strictly non-exchangeable.
- No changes or alterations to the original order will be accepted after 3 working days from the purchase date.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
HuggyHomey will email the sales invoice confirmation within the day of purchase which will reflect the products purchased and delivery/lead time. It is the responsibility of the customer to check if the product(s) purchased and delivery/lead time(s) are correct. HuggyHomey will not be obligated to fulfil the order if there are any discrepancies after 48 hours from the time of order.
