First, you send us your floor plans via email, as well as photos and videos of your property. From those assets we will get a sense of the design and ‘space plan’ you need. For large homes, with certain challenges, we will come over to your home and meet you in person. We’ll look around your house, take pictures and get a sense of the space, especially any awkward nooks, crannies and features.

We’ll then take your client through our catalogue of furniture, which gives them the choice of several themes, and help them decide which style is right for their home.

We’ll discuss the price, which is based on the size of the property, the number of days to complete the staging and the length of time the staging will last. Contact us for a FREE proposal and quotation.

We’ll agree on dates for the staging work to be done. On those dates, our team will remove their existing furniture for storage and start placing our furniture and accessories around their home. This normally takes us a full day to do, unless the property is empty. Then it will take just a couple of hours.

The sales process starts and viewers can come around and check out the property.

The property gets sold. We come back in and remove our furniture and accessories and then put the existing furniture back where we found it. You wouldn’t even know we’d been there.
