Warranty Terms and Conditions


HuggyHomey warrants that all our furniture are free from defective materials and workmanship. Warranty periods vary by product, commencing from the date of delivery and are defined in the table below.

If, during the warranty period, a product is deemed defective due to a manufacturing defect, HuggyHomey will repair or replace part(s), at HuggyHomey’s sole discretion. This Warranty covers the replacement or repair of any product or part of any product that has a manufacturing or material defect that is not the result of normal wear and tear, or a natural characteristic of the material used.

  • CLAIM PROCEDURE: Any claims will have to be emailed to hello@huggyhomey.com attached with photos of defects, and invoice number.
  1. Proper care and usage are essential to preserving your rights under this warranty. This warranty does not apply if your HuggyHomey furniture is damaged by using detergents, abrasives or other harsh cleaning agents.
  2. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from negligence, abuse, normal wear and tear, or accidents: including (but not limited to) burns, cuts, scratches, tears, scuffs, watermarks, indentations or damage from pets.
  3. This warranty does not apply if product is used outdoors, unless specifically stated otherwise.
  4. Any product modification by consumer or other parties not authorised by HuggyHomey will void this Warranty.
  5. This Warranty does not cover products marked as ‘AS-IS’ or any form of “PRE-LOVED” products at the time of purchase.
  6. This Warranty does not cover products not purchased directly from HuggyHomey.
  7. HuggyHomey’s decision on all issues relating to complaints regarding defects, either of workmanship or materials, shall be final and conclusive. Any decision to repair or have part(s) replaced shall be at HuggyHomey’s sole discretion.
  8. Any product repaired or replaced under this limited Warranty will be covered by the limited Warranty for the remainder of the original warranty period only.
  9. This Warranty covers in respect of manufacturing defects detected within the warranty period, the cost of material components, replacement parts, labour and transportation charges.
  10. In respect of manufacturing defects detected after the warranty period, the cost of material components and replacement parts, with all labour charges and transportation costs (if any) are to be covered by the Purchaser.
  • WARRANTY PERIOD: Safety and quality is a big part of any HuggyHomey  product. We conduct stringent in-house quality of our products which is why we offer you:

1 Year Limited Warranty with exclusions:

•Mattress fabric (including stains, burns, pilling, or loose covers)

•Normal body indentations

•Issues relating to comfort choice, ie the mattress is too firm or too soft. Comfort is subjective to the individual and are not considered a manufacturing fault.

•New bed smell/odour

    HuggyHomey trust that the customer and users of the rental products will take respective care of them. Any product that are badly scratched, damaged, lost, broken and irreparable during the course of the rental period are considered as sold. Cost of product will be advised accordingly to market value or purchase price, whichever is lower. Price quoted by HuggyHomey is final and non-negotiable.

    products that are stained, scratched and disfigured with potential for restoration are to be quoted for repair and/or restoration. Cost of repair and/or restoration is final and non-negotiable and payable to HuggyHomey before the next step of repair and/or restoration. Do note the products could be procured locally and internationally. As such, currency exchange rate and price from suppliers would fluctuate accordingly.

    Should the products be damaged beyond a good and working condition, HuggyHomey advise to have the product replaced for the safety of the customers. The fulfilment of replacement are subjected to availability. Delivery fee of replacement products might be chargeable at the range of $100 to $300, depending of number of products and size. Payment must be made before replacement of products can be carried out.
