FOR BRAND NEW PRODUCTS PURCHASED UNDER HUGGYHOMEY PTE LTD

HuggyHomey warrants that all our furniture are free from defective materials and workmanship. Warranty periods vary by product, commencing from the date of delivery and are defined in the table below.

If, during the warranty period, a product is deemed defective due to a manufacturing defect, HuggyHomey will repair or replace part(s), at HuggyHomey’s sole discretion. This Warranty covers the replacement or repair of any product or part of any product that has a manufacturing or material defect that is not the result of normal wear and tear, or a natural characteristic of the material used.

  • CLAIM PROCEDURE: Any claims will have to be emailed to hello@huggyhomey.com attached with photos of defects, and invoice number.

  • LIMITATIONS AND EXCEPTIONS:

  1. Proper care and usage are essential to preserving your rights under this warranty. This warranty does not apply if your HuggyHomey furniture is damaged by using detergents, abrasives or other harsh cleaning agents.
  2. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from negligence, abuse, normal wear and tear, or accidents: including (but not limited to) burns, cuts, scratches, tears, scuffs, watermarks, indentations or damage from pets.
  3. This warranty does not apply if product is used outdoors, unless specifically stated otherwise.
  4. Any product modification by consumer or other parties not authorised by HuggyHomey will void this Warranty.
  5. This Warranty does not cover products marked as ‘AS-IS’ or any form of “PRE-LOVED” products at the time of purchase.
  6. This Warranty does not cover products not purchased directly from HuggyHomey.
  7. HuggyHomey’s decision on all issues relating to complaints regarding defects, either of workmanship or materials, shall be final and conclusive. Any decision to repair or have part(s) replaced shall be at HuggyHomey’s sole discretion.
  8. Any product repaired or replaced under this limited Warranty will be covered by the limited Warranty for the remainder of the original warranty period only.
  9. This Warranty covers in respect of manufacturing defects detected within the warranty period, the cost of material components, replacement parts, labour and transportation charges.
  10. In respect of manufacturing defects detected after the warranty period, the cost of material components and replacement parts, with all labour charges and transportation costs (if any) are to be covered by the Purchaser.

    FOR PRE-LOVED PRODUCTS PURCHASED UNDER HUGGYHOMEY PTE LTD

    HuggyHomey warrants that all our pre-loved furniture and home decor are free from functional defects. Products that are mildly stained and/or scratched are presented fairly within our quotation. Upon acceptance of invoice, customers understand and accept the pre-loved items as-is, as listed within.

    HuggyHomey will cover the cost of minor repairs and restoration, and advise accordingly; keeping in mind the safety of the customers. Should the products be damaged beyond a good and working condition, HuggyHomey shall advise to have the product replaced and/or price of pre-loved products refunded. The fulfilment of replacement are subjected to availability.

     

    FOR RENTAL & STAGING PRODUCTS THAT ARE PROPERTIES OF HUGGYHOMEY PTE LTD

    HuggyHomey trust that the customer and users of the rental products will take respective care of them.

    Any product that are badly scratched, damaged, lost, broken and irreparable during the course of the rental period are considered as sold. Cost of product will be advised accordingly to market value or purchase price, whichever is lower. Price quoted by HuggyHomey is final and non-negotiable.

    Products that are ONLY slightly stained, lightly scratched and disfigured with potential for restoration are covered in our insurance and customer and users will not need to bear any further charges or cost.

    In the course of delivery to your home, should the products be damaged beyond a good and working condition, HuggyHomey advise to have the product replaced for the safety of the customers. For such replacement, please bear with us to provide the delivery date, depending on the availability of the products. A replacement might be arranged immediately should the products be key items that will post a huge disruption to the customer and users.
