Delivery & Product-Related Terms and Conditions


In the event of natural calamities or accidents, that can impact our orders and yet they are beyond HuggyHomey’s control once it leaves our facilities, HuggyHomey cannot be held liable for late deliveries. We will, however, work with you to ensure a smooth delivery.

A smooth delivery includes the followings. Please check and ensure that:

  1. Delivery address is correct on the invoice.
  2. The property of the delivery address in which we will be delivering to is ready to receive the products. This refers to the availability of authorised personnel to sign off, access into the property and that any permit needed from the management has been applied and approved upon.
  3. For any change a delivery date, the customer must call a minimum of 10 working days (excluding date of delivery) prior to the scheduled date. Please allow up to 10 working days for rescheduling.
  4. We regret that we cannot schedule specific times during the delivery day and the customer is required to make available the time range given. Where possible, we will be contacted you 1-3 days before the day of delivery to inform you of the approximate time.



We endeavour to ensure that all the products on our invoice, and we rely on information provided to us by our suppliers. Unfortunately, on some occasions, it is possible that our invoice will contain errors and we reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies at any time, including after you have placed an order.

In some cases, the products you have ordered are hand-made or made from natural or organic materials, and there may be small variations between the product image(s) and the product you receive. This will always be stated on the individual product listing.

We endeavour to ensure that all colours are displayed accurately, but you should be aware that colours may appear slightly differently on different displays and screens. The shade of colour from screen to screen is not a fault or error.

We aim to update our product specifications regularly and may change the content at any time. We will use reasonable endeavours to ensure our invoice contains accurate information and content, however, we reserve the right to update our invoice as soon as an inaccuracy or error is brought to our attention.



"As-Is" and “pre-loved” products may have inherent cosmetic defects, and may not have the appearance of looking brand new. Customers acknowledge that the discounted price of these products sold reflect this acknowledgement.

Unless otherwise stated, HuggyHomey will only sell products in good and working condition. However should an product suffer more damage during the day of the delivery into the customer’s property, HuggyHomey will use the best our abilities to make new.
