This unit was empty when the owners requested our staging services. It had been marketed for more than a year and there were almost no viewings after a few months. The features in the place were average and pretty standard. The only positive thing going for it was its size. Even then, when the place was empty it looked smaller than it actually was.

To bring out the full character of the space, we did a larger-than-life makeover. We brought in large wall art to highlight the large living space, which accentuated the warmth of the well-placed built-in lights.

We also brought in voluptuous high-end furniture, which was large in size to ensure we commanded a great first impression.

We left large parts of the floor bare. Its beautiful light wood was in great condition and gave an almost Scandinavian feel to the place.
