NOBODY WANTS TO VIEW! WHAT TO DO?

This property had some serious challenges. With the living space smaller than the usual size, most viewers thought the dining area and kitchen were even smaller. The Master bedroom was a decent size, but the other two bedrooms were seen as tiny boxes. And the long, thin balcony looked awkward.

Home Staging Solution:

IF IT’S SMALL, GO BIG.

Quite often, a property looks small. We advise our clients to make it look bigger by strategically placing large pieces of furniture throughout the place. It does wonders to the perception of the property! In this case, we brought in a decent-sized sofa and dining table, offering the right number of sitting spaces for the family size that these units are designed for.

We made the bedrooms look larger by dressing them up with rugs, lamps, wall art and accessories.

And as for the odd-shaped balcony, we made it look like a place for relaxation and alone-time.
